NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISTRIBUTE ASSETS OF

THE PRIMARY ESTATE OF MULTI-GENERATIONAL ESTATES

PURSUANT TO THE ADMINISTRATOR-GENERAL’S (AMENDMENT) ACT

 

(1)

 

IN THE ESTATE of HUBERT BROWN, late of Huddersfield, Christiana in the parish of Manchester, Farmer, deceased, intestate (hereinafter referred to as “the primary estate”).

 

AND

 

IN THE ESTATE of EARL BROWN (who died on the 10th day of July 2011), late of Mollison, Christiana in the parish of Manchester, Farmer, deceased, intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).

 

 

 

An Instrument of Distribution (ID 29 of 2016) has been issued in respect of the said multi-generational estate on the 13th day of January, 2017.

 

The Administrator-General intends to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

 

ALL PERSONS who believe themselves to be beneficiaries of the primary estate or any succeeding estate ARE HEREBY INVITED to make themselves known to the Administrator-General and to send particulars of their claim in respect of any such estate and to provide documentation in support of their claim to the Administrator-General WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of this notice.

 

If no such claim is received, after the expiration of the sixty-day period specified above, the Administrator-General intends to proceed to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

 

The Administrator-General is NOT OBLIGED to consider any claim made after the expiration of the sixty-day period specified above.

IN THE ESTATE of ULETT JOHNSON, late of Lime Walk in the parish of Saint Catherine, Cultivator, deceased, intestate (hereinafter referred to as “the primary estate”).

 

AND

 

IN THE ESTATE of EPHRAIM JOHNSON (who died on the 22nd day of February 1985), late of 202 Langhorne Road, Leyton E11, London, England, Tailor, deceased, intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).

 

 

An Instrument of Distribution (ID 25 of 2016) has been issued in respect of the said multi-generational estate on the 9th day December, 2016.

 

The Administrator-General intends to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

 

ALL PERSONS who believe themselves to be beneficiaries of the primary estate or any succeeding estate ARE HEREBY INVITED to make themselves known to the Administrator-General and to send particulars of their claim in respect of any such estate and to provide documentation in support of their claim to the Administrator-General WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of this notice.

 

If no such claim is received, after the expiration of the sixty-day period specified above, the Administrator-General intends to proceed to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

IN THE ESTATE of EUNICE McLEAN otherwise called EUNICE BROWN McLEAN otherwise called EUNICE MATILDA BROWN (who died on the 25th day of August 1969), late of 1021 Lafayette Avenue, Kings, Brooklyn, New York in the United States of America, Registered Nurse, deceased, testate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).

IN THE ESTATE of ALICE BROWN otherwise called ALICE LOUISE BROWN (who died on the 18th day of September 1978), late of Church Road, Bog Walk in the parish of Saint Catherine, Housewife, deceased, intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).

 

AND

 

IN THE ESTATE of HILDA BROWN DAVIS otherwise called HILDA CLEMENZIA BROWN (who died on the 7th day of July 1979), late of 354 New York Avenue, Kings, Brooklyn, New York in the United States of America, Hairstylist, deceased, testate, (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate and also a secondary beneficiary).

 

AND

 

IN THE ESTATE of ETHEL BRYAN otherwise called ETHEL MAUD BROWN (who died on the 23rd day of November 1981), late of 11 Parkway Drive, Hopedale in the parish of Saint Catherine, Beautician, deceased, intestate, (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate and also a secondary beneficiary).

 

AND

 

IN THE ESTATE of MELVA BROWN otherwise called MELVA ALBERTA BROWN otherwise called MELVA DECAMBRE (who died on the 15th day of May 1984), late of Bog Walk in the parish of Saint Catherine, Wife of Dick Decambre-Carpenter, deceased, intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate and also a secondary beneficiary).

 

AND

 

IN THE ESTATE of IRIS JOSEPHINE LINDSAY (who died on the 3rd day of May 1997), late of Magazine Lane, Bog Walk in the parish of Saint Catherine, Wife of Jonathan Lindsay, Farmer, deceased, testate (being a primary beneficiary of the estate and also a secondary beneficiary).

 

 

An Instrument of Distribution (D24 of 2016) has been issued in respect of the said multi-generational estate on the 28th day of December, 2016.

 

The Administrator-General intends to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

 

ALL PERSONS who believe themselves to be beneficiaries of the primary estate or any succeeding estate ARE HEREBY INVITED to make themselves known to the Administrator-General and to send particulars of their claim in respect of any such estate and to provide documentation in support of their claim to the Administrator-General WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of this notice.

 

If no such claim is received, after the expiration of the sixty-day period specified above, the Administrator-General intends to proceed to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

IN THE ESTATE of IVY JACKSON (who died on the 28th day of May 1997), late of 216-17 90th Avenue, Queens Village, Queens, New York 11428 in the United States of America, Homemaker, deceased, intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).

 

AND

 

IN THE ESTATE of GLASFORD GEORGE DUNKLEY otherwise called GLASFORD DUNKLEY and GEORGE DUNKLEY (who died 20th day of February 2001), late of Sam Sharpe Drive, Kingston 11, in the parish of Saint Andrew, Driver, deceased, intestate (being a secondary beneficiary of the primary estate)

 

 

An Instrument of Distribution (ID 27 of 2016) has been issued in respect of the said multi-generational estate on the 13th day of January, 2017.

 

The Administrator-General intends to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

 

ALL PERSONS who believe themselves to be beneficiaries of the primary estate or any succeeding estate ARE HEREBY INVITED to make themselves known to the Administrator-General and to send particulars of their claim in respect of any such estate and to provide documentation in support of their claim to the Administrator-General WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of this notice.

IN THE ESTATE of LLEWELYN TENNYSON HAYE (who died on the 9th day of May 2015), late of Rhymesbury, York Town in the parish of Clarendon, Farmer, deceased, intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).

 

 

 

An Instrument of Distribution (D28 of 2016) has been issued in respect of the said multi-generational estate on the 24th day January, 2017.

 

The Administrator-General intends to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

 

ALL PERSONS who believe themselves to be beneficiaries of the primary estate or any succeeding estate ARE HEREBY INVITED to make themselves known to the Administrator-General and to send particulars of their claim in respect of any such estate and to provide documentation in support of their claim to the Administrator-General WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of this notice.

 

If no such claim is received, after the expiration of the sixty-day period specified above, the Administrator-General intends to proceed to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

IN THE ESTATE of BEVERLEY BARRETT otherwise called BEVERLEY ANGELLA BARRETT (who died on the 10th day of September 2006), late of New Port in the parish of Manchester deceased, intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).

 

An Instrument of Distribution (D26 of 2016) has been issued in respect of the said multi-generational estate on the 24th day January, 2017.

 

The Administrator-General intends to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

 

ALL PERSONS who believe themselves to be beneficiaries of the primary estate or any succeeding estate ARE HEREBY INVITED to make themselves known to the Administrator-General and to send particulars of their claim in respect of any such estate and to provide documentation in support of their claim to the Administrator-General WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of this notice.

IN THE ESTATE of MYRTLINE GORDON-SHARPE otherwise called MYRTLE SHARPE otherwise called MYRTLINE GORDON (who died on the 1st day of December  2008), late of 81 Webbcroft Road, Stechford Birmingham, West Midlands, in the United Kingdom  deceased, intestate (being a primary beneficiary also a tertiary beneficiary of the primary estate).

AND

 

IN THE ESTATE of JONATHAN GORDON (who died on the 15th day of March 1984), late of Top Hill District in the parish of Saint Catherine deceased, intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).

 

An Instrument of Distribution (D21 of 2016) has been issued in respect of the said multi-generational estate on the 24th day October, 2016.

 

The Administrator-General intends to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

 

ALL PERSONS who believe themselves to be beneficiaries of the primary estate or any succeeding estate ARE HEREBY INVITED to make themselves known to the Administrator-General and to send particulars of their claim in respect of any such estate and to provide documentation in support of their claim to the Administrator-General WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of this notice.

 

If no such claim is received, after the expiration of the sixty-day period specified above, the Administrator-General intends to proceed to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

IN THE ESTATE of DOREEN BEVERLEY HARVEY (who died on the 18th day of March 1970), late of Brighton in the parish of Westmoreland deceased, intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).

IN THE ESTATE of ISADA HARVEY otherwise called ISADA TOWNSEND otherwise called ISADA TOUSEND otherwise called ISADA THOUSAND (who died on the 5th  day of February 1987), late of Brighton, Bluefields  in the parish of Westmoreland  deceased, intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).

 

 

An Instrument of Distribution (D22 of 2016) has been issued in respect of the said multi-generational estate on the 24th day November, 2016.

 

The Administrator-General intends to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

 

ALL PERSONS who believe themselves to be beneficiaries of the primary estate or any succeeding estate ARE HEREBY INVITED to make themselves known to the Administrator-General and to send particulars of their claim in respect of any such estate and to provide documentation in support of their claim to the Administrator-General WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of this notice.

IN THE ESTATE of FRANK H ABRAHAMS otherwise called FRANK HORACE EDEN ABRAHAMS (who died on the 11th day of June 2011), late of 220-16 138 Avenue, Laurelton, Queens 11413 New York in the United States of America, Electrical Technician, deceased, intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).

 

 

An Instrument of Distribution (D30 of 2016) has been issued in respect of the said multi-generational estate on the 13th day of January 2016.

 

The Administrator-General intends to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

 

ALL PERSONS who believe themselves to be beneficiaries of the primary estate or any succeeding estate ARE HEREBY INVITED to make themselves known to the Administrator-General and to send particulars of their claim in respect of any such estate and to provide documentation in support of their claim to the Administrator-General WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of this notice.

 

If no such claim is received, after the expiration of the sixty-day period specified above, the Administrator-General intends to proceed to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.
