NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISTRIBUTE ASSETS OF

THE PRIMARY ESTATE OF MULTI-GENERATIONAL ESTATES

PURSUANT TO THE ADMINISTRATOR-GENERAL’S (AMENDMENT) ACT

 

 

  1. IN THE ESTATE of RUFUS STEWART, late of Mount Pleasant in the parish of Portland, Cultivator, deceased, intestate (hereinafter referred to as the primary estate).

AND

IN THE ESTATE of CLIFFORD STEWART otherwise called CLIFFORD SYLVESTER STEWART (who died on the 15th day of August, 2005), late of Mount Pleasant in the parish of Portland, deceased, intestate (being a grantee of the primary estate).

 

An Instrument of Distribution (D 36 of 2017) has been issued in respect of the said multi-generational estate on the 29th day of June, 2017.

The Administrator-General intends to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

ALL PERSONS who believe themselves to be beneficiaries of the primary estate or any succeeding estate ARE HEREBY INVITED to make themselves known to the Administrator-General and to send particulars of their claim in respect of any such estate and to provide documentation in support of their claim to the Administrator-General WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of this notice.

If no such claim is received, after the expiration of the sixty-day period specified above, the Administrator-General intends to proceed to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

The Administrator-General is NOT OBLIGED to consider any claim made after the expiration of the sixty-day period specified above.

  1. IN THE ESTATE of GEORGE EZEKIEL BARRETT, late of Brokenhurst, Old England in the parish of Manchester, Mason, deceased, intestate (hereinafter referred to as “the primary estate”).

AND

IN THE ESTATE of BEVERLEY BARRETT otherwise called BEVERLEY ANGELLA BARRETT (who died on the 10th day of September 2006), late of New Port in the parish of Manchester, deceased, intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).

An Instrument of Distribution (D32 of 2017) has been issued in respect of the said multi-generational estate on the 28th day of March, 2017.

The Administrator-General intends to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

ALL PERSONS who believe themselves to be beneficiaries of the primary estate or any succeeding estate ARE HEREBY INVITED to make themselves known to the Administrator-General and to send particulars of their claim in respect of any such estate and to provide documentation in support of their claim to the Administrator-General WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of this notice.

If no such claim is received, after the expiration of the sixty-day period specified above, the Administrator-General intends to proceed to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

The Administrator-General is NOT OBLIGED to consider any claim made after the expiration of the sixty-day period specified above.          

 

  1. IN THE ESTATE of JOSEPH HIGGINS otherwise called FRANK HIGGINS otherwise called FRANKLYN HIGGINS, late of 34 Chovey Avenue, Boulevard in the parish of Saint Andrew, Grain Store Dealer, deceased, intestate (hereinafter referred to as “the primary estate”).

AND

IN THE ESTATE of VERONICA MARIE HIGGINS (who died on the 28th day of October 1976), late of     2 Lynford Avenue, Kingston 10 in the parish of Saint Andrew, deceased, intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).

                                    AND

IN THE ESTATE of WAYNE ANTHONY HIGGINS (who died on the 14th day of January 1981), late of    81 Love Lane, in the parish of Kingston, deceased, intestate, (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate)                                  

AND

IN THE ESTATE of JOYCE HIGGINS (who died       on the 1st day of July 2001) late of 9 Devon Avenue, Cross Roads in the parish of Saint Andrew, deceased, intestate (being a secondary beneficiary of the secondary estate).

                                           AND

IN THE ESTATE of IAN RICARDO LITTLEJOHN otherwise called SHAWN FALENDO SMITH (who died   on the 23rd day of June 2015) late of 8811 Calver Street Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19152, in United States of America, deceased, intestate (being a secondary beneficiary of the secondary and tertiary estate).

 

An Instrument of Distribution (D35 of 2017) has been issued in respect of the said multi-generational estate on the 29th day of June, 2017.

The Administrator-General intends to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

ALL PERSONS who believe themselves to be beneficiaries of the primary estate or any succeeding estate ARE HEREBY INVITED to make themselves known to the Administrator-General and to send particulars of their claim in respect of any such estate and to provide documentation in support of their claim to the Administrator-General WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of this notice.

If no such claim is received, after the expiration of the sixty-day period specified above, the Administrator-General intends to proceed to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

  1. IN THE ESTATE of SIMEON GRANT, late of Dover, Kitson Town in the parish of Saint Catherine, Farmer, Deceased, Intestate (hereinafter referred to as “the primary estate”).

AND

IN THE ESTATE of MORALIS GRANT otherwise called MORALLEYS GRANT (who died on the 9th day of February 2001), late of Dover, Kitson Town in the parish of Saint Catherine, Deceased, Intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).

AND

IN THE ESTATE of LAUGHMAN GRANT otherwise called LOFTMAN RODRIQUES GRANT otherwise called LOFTMAN GRANT (who died intestate on the 3rd day of May 2001), late of Dover, Kitson Town in the parish of Saint Catherine, Deceased, Intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).  

AND

IN THE ESTATE of CHERIDA GRANT otherwise called CHERRY ISADORA GRANT (who died intestate on the 20th day of January 1979), late of 12 Valdez Road, Spanish Town in the parish of Saint Catherine, deceased, intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate). 

An Instrument of Distribution (D38 of 2017) has been issued in respect of the said multi-generational estate on the 7th day of July, 2017.

The Administrator-General intends to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

ALL PERSONS who believe themselves to be beneficiaries of the primary estate or any succeeding estate ARE HEREBY INVITED to make themselves known to the Administrator-General and to send particulars of their claim in respect of any such estate and to provide documentation in support of their claim to the Administrator-General WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of this notice.

  1. IN THE ESTATE of LUCILLE MITCHELL, late of Goshen in the parish of Saint Elizabeth, Housewife, deceased, intestate (hereinafter referred to as “the primary estate”).

AND

IN THE ESTATE of MALDRIES MITCHELL otherwise called MALDIES D. MITCHELL (who died on the 24th day of December 1989), late of 5090 Palm Hill Drive, Apt. I-189 West Palm Beach, Florida, United States of America but formerly of Goshen in the parish of Saint Elizabeth, Deceased, Intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).

 

An Instrument of Distribution (D34 of 2017) has been issued in respect of the said multi-generational estate on the 29th day of June, 2017.

The Administrator-General intends to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

ALL PERSONS who believe themselves to be beneficiaries of the primary estate or any succeeding estate ARE HEREBY INVITED to make themselves known to the Administrator-General and to send particulars of their claim in respect of any such estate and to provide documentation in support of their claim to the Administrator-General WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of this notice.

If no such claim is received, after the expiration of the sixty-day period specified above, the Administrator-General intends to proceed to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

  1. IN THE ESTATE of SIDNEY MELVIN HARRISON, late of Johns Hall, Silver Spring in the parish of Clarendon, Farmer, deceased, intestate (hereinafter referred to as “the primary estate”).

AND

IN THE ESTATE of GREGORY HARRISON (who died on the 20th day of April 2007), late of the Turks and Caicos Islands but formerly of 32 Belgrade Loop, Kingston 19 in the parish of Saint Andrew, Computer Analyst, deceased, testate

(being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).

                                    AND

IN THE ESTATE of KATHLEEN HARRISON (who died on 28th day of June 2009), late of 61-63 Shortwood Road, Kingston 8 in the parish of Saint Andrew, deceased, intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).

 

An Instrument of Distribution (D39 of 2017) has been issued in respect of the said multi-generational estate on the 7th day of July, 2017.

The Administrator-General intends to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

ALL PERSONS who believe themselves to be beneficiaries of the primary estate or any succeeding estate ARE HEREBY INVITED to make themselves known to the Administrator-General and to send particulars of their claim in respect of any such estate and to provide documentation in support of their claim to the Administrator-General WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of this notice.

If no such claim is received, after the expiration of the sixty-day period specified above, the Administrator-General intends to proceed to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

  1. IN THE ESTATE of ASHLAND GRIFFITHS otherwise called ASTON GRIFFITHS, late of St. Vincent, Albert Town in the parish of Trelawny, Cultivator, deceased, intestate (hereinafter referred to as “the primary estate”).

AND

IN THE ESTATE of CERTINA GRIFFITHS otherwise called ENA ISOLA GRIFFITHS otherwise called BERDIE GRIFFITHS late of St. Vincent, Albert Town in the parish of Trelawny, Widow of Aston Griffiths, Farmer/Dressmaker, deceased, intestate (being a primary beneficiary of the primary estate).

                                    AND

IN THE ESTATE of KEITH WRIGHT late of St. Vincent, Albert Town in the parish of Trelawny, Farmer, Deceased, Intestate (being a secondary beneficiary of the secondary estate).

 

An Instrument of Distribution (D33 of 2017) has been issued in respect of the said multi-generational estate on the 3rd day of May, 2017.

The Administrator-General intends to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

ALL PERSONS who believe themselves to be beneficiaries of the primary estate or any succeeding estate ARE HEREBY INVITED to make themselves known to the Administrator-General and to send particulars of their claim in respect of any such estate and to provide documentation in support of their claim to the Administrator-General WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of this notice.

If no such claim is received, after the expiration of the sixty-day period specified above, the Administrator-General intends to proceed to distribute the assets of the primary estate thereof.

The Administrator-General is NOT OBLIGED to consider any claim made after the expiration of the sixty-day period specified above.
